MRHT began in 2006 with the goal of providing quality horse care and credible training based upon the horse's instinctive needs and natural language. With time, the focus at MRHT has shifted from training horses alone to equipping people to teach their horses, enabling them to experience a more rewarding and long-lasting partnership. Today, MRHT continues to deliver exceptional horse care while providing individuals the unique opportunity to learn the art and pleasure of horsemanship in a safe and supportive environment.

MRHT is located on a beautiful 40-acre ranch surrounded by pastures and perfectly complemented by stunning mountain views. Facilities include spacious paddocks, a 100' x 140' riding arena and 60 foot roundpen each with quality sand footing, an elaborate obstacle course, classroom, boarder lounge, and community picnic area as well as many acres for riding enjoyment. Horse care at MRHT is designed around the horses' instinctive needs for safety, comfort, socialization, food, and play. Boarded horses live together in large paddocks based upon the natural herd hierarchy. They enjoy daily pasture turnout, are fed free choice, top quality grass hay and have continual access to salt and minerals.
Please note that because MRHT operates as a horsemanship training facility, horses that reside at MRHT are to be a part of the horsemanship program.
